About the Role

The Superintendent is responsible for the daily on-site management of custom home projects, ensuring that homes are built according to plans, on schedule, and to the highest quality and safety standards while maintaining a clean and professional job site.

Responsibilities

  • Direct all daily construction activities to keep projects on the production schedule
  • Verify all work is performed in accordance with drawings, specs, and building codes
  • Guide trade contractors on-site and confirm they arrive scheduled and adequately staffed
  • Receive, inspect, and verify material deliveries; pre-notify PM of upcoming material needs
  • Compile detailed daily logs and communicate progress and delays to the Director of Construction

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in residential custom home building
  • Knowledge of residential construction procedures, building codes, and OSHA safety standards
  • Experience using Buildertrend, Jobtread, or similar project management software
  • Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering blueprints
  • BSc/BA in Construction Management is a plus — extensive field experience is highly valued

Project Manager

About the Role

The Project Manager ensures that all assigned projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the quality standards our clients expect — serving as the primary point of coordination between clients, trades, suppliers, and the Director of Construction.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage daily construction activities across all assigned projects
  • Monitor production schedules, critical paths, and trade contractor schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Order materials, schedule deliveries, and verify all received shipments for accuracy
  • Communicate with clients on job sites, answer questions, and conduct pre-closing walk-throughs
  • Consult with architects, engineers, and trade contractors on plan revisions and change orders

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a construction project manager
  • Experience with Buildertrend project management software
  • Understanding of construction procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
  • BSc/BA in construction management, engineering, or a related field — PMP certification is a plus
